For OneWorld Stories Books, OWS Apparel, and Student Art Market:

Please allow 48 hours for your order to process and ship. A tracking number will be provided once product is shipped.

For The Journal Project:

Each unique journal is made-to-order, so please allow 2 days for your order to process and ship. A tracking number will be provided once product is shipped.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

For OneWorld Stories Books, OWS Apparel, and The Journal Project:

All unused and unaltered items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Email contact@oneworldstories.com for any returns. If you choose to return an item, $5.95 will be held from your refund to cover shipping and restocking. Alternatively, you can choose to return an item for store credit at no additional cost to you.

For Student Art Market:

No returns or refunds are accepted after purchase. All Student Art Market sales are final due to 100% of funds going back to the participating schools.
